We are very proud to have launched the Scottish Aviation Trail website as part of the celebrations to mark the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force.
The website commemorates Scotland’s rich heritage in aviation, science & technology, engineering and math (STEM), both in the military and civilian application.
The project brief was an exciting and challenging one, to create an exciting platform for visitors to gain a greater insight into Scotland’s interesting historical sites, the people behind the stories, and for visitors to be able to interact with information available for each area and submit their research or story of that site.
This is complemented by detailing Scotland’s rich pioneering experience in the world of STEM in which Scotland are a leader. The website is not only a place to find out more about Scotland’s rich heritage with the RAF but where everyone can gain knowledge to inspire others to get involved in STEM.
