The company's milk division handles 1.7 billion litres of milk per annum, with its cheese company being the largest UK-based cheese supplier. The First Milk Cheese Company produces a range of high quality cheddars with distinctive origins.

From Scotland comes the award-winning, premium range of cheeses: Isle of Bute, Isle of Arran and Mull of Kintyre along with the much-loved Scottish Pride everyday family cheddar. In Wales, The Pembrokeshire Cheese Company range of cheddars is created at the Haverfordwest Creamery. The family of cheeses from The Lake District Cheese Company is crafted at The Lake District Creamery.

MTC Media have been working closely with the cheese division of the company on a number of exciting projects, and we are delighted to announce the launch of the first of those being The Little Cheese Shop. The web site brings together the cheese brands from Scotland, England and Wales in a fantastic new eCommerce online shop.

Although the cheese brands themselves are available through the major supermarkets such as Asda, Tesco and Morrisons the cheeses are only widely available within the geographic area they are produced. The Little Cheese Shop will give customers, and indeed the farmer’s themselves access to the cheese brands on a UK wide basis allowing customers in Scotland for example, access to the award winning Welsh cheese brand produced by The Pembrokeshire Cheese Company.
